Beyond Skate accepts PayPal and credit card payments via Visa, Master Card & Amex. If the items are unavailable you will not be refunded and we will contact you via email or telephone.
All claims are to be made via firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchange or store credit only for unwanted purchases.
Items must be in original unworn, undamaged, unmarked condition with all tags and original packaging when returning.
Customers are responsible for return freight charges
All claims of faulty items are to made via Info@beyondskate.com.au We need you to include the date and description of the product as shown on your receipt. Include photos of the item that is affected and any other relevant info. Customers are responsible for the freight of returning items. Include a copy of the returning freight charge to be reimbursed if deemed a legitimate claim by the manufacturer’s guidelines.
All warranties offered are the manufactures warranties and not that of Beyond Skate. We will refund, exchange or provide credit if deemed a legitimate manufacturing fault and not wear and tear. Beyond Skate will return the replacement items free of charge.
Beyond Skate does not share your personal information with any third party.
We assure you that all your personal information will be safely and securely stored.
We destroy your personal information when it's no longer needed for our records.
