Where Do Customers Return Items?

Warranty extends to the original purchaser only,
The returns period on all items is a minimum 3 months, unless otherwise stated on the product details, or extended by manufacturer. All warranty claims will be assessed and it will be determined by us on behalf of the supplier as to whether it is in fact a manufacturing fault.


If you have a Warranty claim, please contact us at with proof of purchase and attachment of images so that we can proceed in assisting you with your claim.


What Can Be Returned?


Returned items that are unwanted or do not fit must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

When returning unwanted items, customers will either be able to exchange the item/s, receive a store credit or can request a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.


Who Pays For Returns?


Beyond Skate will pay for all freight charges if:


  • The product is deemed faulty as per the products warranty clause.
  • The product(s) received are either incorrect or not as advertised.


If one of the above reasons is the case, we will send you a return shipping label via email.


When a return is not due to a manufacturers fault, it is the customers responsibility to cover the freight cost back to us.


Credit For Return?


If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, Beyond Skate will only return the money to the account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to. Refunds can take 1-3 business days to be processed by the bank.
